アカウンティングマネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A global trading and investment company is looking for an Accounting Manager. The chosen applicant will oversee accounting operations, including financial closing, audits, tax returns, and process improvements. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage monthly and annual closing procedures
• Handle external and internal audit procedures
• Prepare and oversee tax return procedures
• Drive accounting standardisation and process improvement
• Establish and ensure compliance with the governance system
• Manage and develop team members

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of experience in institutional accounting
• Experience with annual closing
• Practical experience preparing tax returns
• Skilled in MS Office (Teams is a plus)
• Experience in the food or logistics industry is ideal
• Prior team management experience is preferred
• Proficient in Japanese and English
