シニアアカウンタント/ Senior Accountant

A Senior Accountant role is now open in a foreign apparel company. The selected applicant will be managing operational accounting, supporting audits and compliance, and driving process improvements. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage fixed assets accounting
• Handle lease accounting
• Perform other operational accounting
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closings
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business partners
• Support audits and tax filings with accuracy and timeliness
• Improve accounting workflows and systems for greater efficiency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in the accounting area
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Knowledge of Power Pivot, Power Query, and Macros are plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Japanese and English
