財務専門家/ Finance Expert

An international industrial manufacturer is looking for a Finance Expert. The selected candidate will support core finance operations, including A/P, A/R, treasury management, and financial planning.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct and streamline daily operations in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury
• Automate or outsource manual processes in the Finance Department
• Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings and audits
• Assist in creating financial business plans and mid-term strategies
• Utilise SAP and Excel to manage financial data and KPIs
• Collaborate across departments to align strategic financial goals

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• More than 10 years of experience in the related fields
• Proven experience in finance operations with a hands-on and innovative approach
• International work experience is a plus
• Proficient in SAP and Excel, including VLOOKUP
• Knowledge of macros is a plus
• Professional level Japanese and English
