シニアアカウンタント/ Senior Accountant

A multinational software developer company is seeking a Senior Accountant. The selected candidate will manage month-end closing, revenue recognition, and system improvements while collaborating with both domestic and international teams. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end closing and prepare journal entries
• Analyse general ledger accounts and prepare financial statements and reports
• Conduct reconciliations and support external audit documentation
• Assist in system implementation or upgrades and manage general ledger setups
• Support tax filings, employee expense reviews, and cost management
• Review and process billing, revenue recognition, and related financial reports
• Monitor accounts receivable, WIP, and unbilled receivables
• Provide advice on project revenue recognition and cost management
• Review project-related orders and contracts for accuracy

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting
• Skilled in ERP systems (MS Dynamics GP preferred; SAP/Oracle a plus)
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Tables)
• Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
