Director of Finance

A global luxury hospitality company is looking for a Director of Finance. The selected candidate will oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance, reporting, budgeting, and financial performance management.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall accounting and financial management of the property
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and company policies
• Support the General Manager in achieving strategic financial goals
• Build and lead a professional finance and accounting team
• Drive cost control, revenue enhancement, and profit improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of finance experience
• Prior hospitality experience
• Proven financial management experience
• Skilled in financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and audit processes
• Strong management skills preferred
• Ability to write reports in Japanese
• Possess a valid CPA or Boki qualification is a plus
• Professional level Japanese and English
