財務マネジャー兼事業体コントローラー/ Finance Manager & Entity Controller

A well-known FMCG company is looking for a Finance Manager & Entity Controller. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and internal controls. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily finance functions including AP/AR, reconciliations, tax filing, and inventory control
• Analyse and report monthly results against budget and previous year
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and variance analysis
• Develop profitability and performance reports for the entity and business unit
• Lead the budget planning process and prepare cost and margin forecasts
• Maintain and improve financial systems, processes, and internal controls

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of accounting experience
• Experience in developing and managing budgets
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient in English (TOEIC 800+) and Japanese
