ファイナンス&人事スーパーバイザー/ Finance & HR Supervisor

An international advanced materials manufacturer is hiring a Finance & HR Supervisor. The selected candidate will oversee finance, HR, compliance, administration, and legal support functions in alignment with regional directives. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage group financial reporting, tax returns, and treasury in coordination with external accounting firms
• Coordinate budgeting and strategic planning in line with group guidelines
• Handle day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, C&B, training, and employee relations
• Implement corporate HR initiatives and provide HR guidance to senior management
• Ensure adherence to internal control frameworks and lead compliance audits and training
• Oversee administrative operations, including safety protocols and facility/vendor management
• Provide legal administrative support, including company registration, seal control, and contract filing

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of related working experience
• Proven experience in finance or HR functions
• Strong work ethic and communication skills
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level English
