アカウンタント/ Accountant

A multinational security systems company is looking for an Accountant. The selected candidate will handle core accounting tasks and support financial reporting, month-end close, and accounts processing. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage month-end closing activities, including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
• Handle accounts receivable, including credit management and rebate/stock rotation processing
• Process accounts payable for indirect material and service purchases
• Review and process employee expense claims
• Coordinate with banks for payment data and cash flow forecasting
• Support internal control procedures
• Assist the Finance Manager with accounting, financial analysis, and ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accountancy
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in a multinational company
• Practical working knowledge of local accounting and tax regulations in Japan
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel) and ERP finance modules
• Possess a valid Nissho Boki grade 2+
• Native level Japanese; business level English (TOEIC 800)
