シニアアカウンタント/ Senior Accountant

An international nutrition and wellness company is seeking a Senior Accountant. The selected candidate will oversee daily financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory and corporate policies, and support the business through accurate reporting and strategic insights.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly financial statements and ensure compliance with corporate and regional reporting requirements
• Execute accurate accounting entries and manage financial data within the GBS/COE framework
• Monitor and implement local regulatory and tax compliance standards
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic business initiatives and operational efficiency
• Participate in cross-functional projects, offering financial expertise to optimise outcomes
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and tax agents
• Support treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting and banking matters
• Collaborate with business units on process improvements and training on financial practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years of experience in financial management and accounting
• Proven experience in using General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Inventory Management systems
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong skills in reconciliation, financial analysis, and reporting accuracy
• Ability to adapt to regulatory changes and participate in global projects
• Professional level Japanese and English
