シニア財務・経理マネージャー/ Senior Finance & Accounting Manager

A multinational luxury fashion brand is searching for a Senior Finance & Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the accounting and reporting functions. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of skilled accountants
• Lead the preparation and analysis of accurate and timely financial statements in collaboration with the controlling team
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements through effective communication with the regulatory offices
• Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Continuously review and enhance accounting processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and monitor internal control to safeguard company assets, collaborating with the Internal Control department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, or a related field (CPA or audit firm is a must)
• Proven experience in a senior accounting role (foreign company is preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Fluent level Japanese and English
