アシスタントアカウンティングマネージャー/ Assistant Accounting Manager

A multinational biotechnology organisation is looking for an Assistant Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial reporting, intercompany transactions, and compliance with US GAAP and local regulations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial results (monthly/quarterly/yearly) in compliance with US GAAP
• Generate accurate financial reports, including sales and cash reporting
• Manage AR/AP, expenses, and business transactions with outsourced agents
• Handle intercompany transactions
• Collaborate with Senior Accounting Manager and advisors to ensure compliance with local tax and legal regulations

Requirements:

• More than 10 years of professional experience
• Experience in AR and AP
• Prior experience with the ERP accounting system (Oracle/SAP)
• Proven experience in corporate and consumption tax is ideal
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Understanding of US and JGAAP
• Native level Japanese; proficient level reading and written English
