ファンド運営/ Fund Operations

A global asset management company is looking for a Fund Operations professional. The selected candidate will oversee daily processes, ensure reporting accuracy, and collaborate with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational tasks and support reporting activities
• Support process improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements
• Supervise external service providers to ensure smooth operations
• Stay updated on market and regulatory changes and ensure compliance
• Work closely with internal teams to maintain operational alignment
• Build and maintain relationships with external business partners

Requirements:

• Experience in funds accounting and operations
• Prior experience with other portfolio management system is preferred (Simcorp, Aladdin, and EZE Geneva)
• Proven process development experience with Japanese funds operations
• Skilled with T-STAR
• Ability to leverage portfolio management front-to-back systems
• Understanding of financial instruments characteristics and operations (equities, bonds, onshore/offshore funds)
