プロジェクトファイナンスマネージャー/ Project Finance Manager

A renowned renewable energy company is looking for a Project Finance Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for procuring project financing, executing project financing across the company's portfolio, and supporting the AM team.

Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with potential finance providers
• Lead the due diligence process and coordinate with cross-functional teams
• Develop proprietary financial models to support underwriting efforts
• Assist in negotiating finance documentation and manage transaction execution
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a relevant domain (MBA is a plus)
• More than 5 years of experience in bank, M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development (renewable energy domain or related industries is a plus)
• Experience in developing financial model for renewable energy projects, project finance, or LBO is a plus
• Prior experience in a dynamic and fast paced setting
• Understanding of Japanese renewable energy industry, technologies, market dynamics, market dynamics, and regulatory environments is a plus
• Fluent level Japanese and English
