ファイナンスビジネスパートナー/ Finance Business Partner

A multinational health technology company is seeking a Finance Business Partner - Precision Diagnosis Japan. The selected candidate will drive financial and strategic planning, provide business insights, and support decision-making to enhance company performance. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide forward-looking financial analysis and business insights for Japan
• Advise business leaders on financial strategies to drive growth and cost optimisation
• Present business performance updates to key stakeholders in Japan and the Growth Region
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals and cost planning
• Ensure accurate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting using standard global tools
• Mentor and coach FP&A analysts supporting financial reporting and forecasting

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• More than 10 years of finance experience in a large matrix organisation
• Proven experience as a finance business partner
• Prior change management experience and leadership skills
• Expertise in FP&A and accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and ERP (SAP preferred)
• Possess a valid MBA, MSc, CFA, CPA, or CMA qualification is a preferred
• Proficient in Japanese and English
