アカウンティングマネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A global environmental solutions company is looking for an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial accounting operations, manage a team, and drive process improvements. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting team
• Improve and streamline financial processes
• Oversee monthly and annual financial closing and reporting for group entities
• Handle tax filing, tax analysis, and provision preparation
• Prepare for statutory and group audits across multiple entities
• Manage monthly group reporting within the consolidation system

Requirements:

• More than 8 years of financial accounting experience
• More than 3 years of team management experience
• Experience in SAP is ideal
• Strong expertise in financial closing and tax filing
• Possess a valid Nissho Boki level 2+, Japan CPA or USCPA qualification is a plus
• Professional level Japanese; business level English preferred
