経理マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A global medical devices company is looking for an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will lead a team in financial modeling, reporting, and digital transformation projects. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team to develop and maintain accurate financial models
• Lead reporting and closing activities for the organisation
• Operate and manage the SAP system in collaboration with the US team
• Provide financial and accounting support to internal departments
• Drive and support finance-related digital transformation (DX) initiatives

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of bookkeeping experience in an accounting department
• More than 5 years of experience in an international company is preferred
• More than 4 years of SAP operational experience
• Experience in supporting supervisors
• Understanding of JGAAP and US GAAP (IFRS)
• Native level Japanese; business level English
