コマーシャルファイナンスリーダー/ Commercial Finance Leader

A global health and life science company is looking for a Commercial Finance Leader. The selected candidate will manage financial planning, analysis, and compliance to support Japan's commercial operations. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and full P&L analysis
• Develop sales price increase strategies with data-driven analysis
• Ensure compliance with commercial contracts and review processes
• Drive strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and investment opportunities
• Support month-end closing processes and journal entry preparation
• Collaborate with Controllership on audits, SOX testing, and finance training

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or a relevant domain
• More than 8 years of experience in financial analysis and planning role
• Experience in multinational, US-based corporations is ideal
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent PC skills
• Proficient in English and Japanese
