ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

A multinational manufacturing company is seeking a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations, develop strategic plans, and manage the finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage company funds, budgets, and performance reporting
• Oversee the finance department, including policy creation, recruitment, and training
• Ensure compliance with tax and financial reporting standards while forecasting cash flow
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive management
• Support strategic business planning through financial analysis and reporting
• Monitor internal controls and develop team skills within the finance department

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in finance roles
• Practical experience in managing internal controls and collaborating with international teams
• Proven proficiency in financial analysis and strategic development
• Comprehensive understanding of tax laws, industry regulations, and reporting standards
• Familiarity with IFRS and Japan accounting standards
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Possess a valid BATIC certification at the Accounting Manager level (CPA certification is a plus)
• Professional level Japanese and English
