経理アシスタント/ Accounting Assistant

A global shipping and transportation company is looking for an Accounting Assistant. The selected candidate will handle financial transactions, settlements, and assist with month-end closing.

Responsibilities:

• Process AR settlements and prepare journal entries
• Manage bank payments, including local and overseas transactions
• Handle credit card payments and transportation expense claims
• Process staff reimbursements and petty cash reconciliation
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
• Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Professional level Japanese and English
