A global pharmaceutical company is seeking a Finance Partner. The successful candidate will provide financial leadership, deliver strategic insights, and drive business performance. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic plans
• Provide financial insights to support decisions and long-term planning
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Analyse financial performance and identify actionable improvements
• Ensure optimal allocation of financial resources and evaluate investments
• Identify and drive cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Experience in financial software and tools
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess a valid professional finance qualification (CPA, CIMA) or equivalent
• Proficient in English
