コーポレートファイナンスマネージャー/ Corporate Finance Manager

A global private investment company is looking for a Corporate Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial reporting, support regional finance operations, and manage key financial processes. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Asia Controller and collaborate with regional teams for reporting and month-end processes
• Partner with local HR, Compliance, PE Finance, and EA teams to provide finance support and re-engineer processes
• Review and manage recharges, cost allocations, and liquidity for headquarters and business units
• Conduct T&E and general AP reviews
• Provide basic support for Workday functions, including EA delegation and project code advice
• Support quarterly finance townhall and local user education initiatives
• Manage banking relationships and coordinate with local accounting vendors
• Oversee local statutory filings and audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in corporate finance is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communications skills
• Possess valid CPA qualification
