シニアアカウンタント/ Senior Accountant

A global furniture company is looking for a Senior Accountant. The chosen candidate will take on various accounting and HR-related responsibilities, including management of retail sales, and inventory. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage retail sales, COGS and inventory
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with budget planning
• Handle payroll and other HR-related matters

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of professional experience in the accounting and finance area
• Prior payroll or HR-related experience
• Experience of SAP
• Advanced level MS Excel skills (Vlookup, sumifs, pivot tables)
• Understanding of JGAAP, US GAAP, or IFRS
• Good communication skills
• Proficient in Japanese; English is preferred
