ファイナンスゼネラルマネージャー/ Finance General Manager

An international IT services company is seeking a Finance General Manager. The selected candidate will lead the finance team, optimise financial operations, and drive business growth through strategic financial planning.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the finance team, ensuring operational efficiency
• Oversee finance operations, including contract management, invoicing, and collections
• Ensure compliance with Japanese GAAP and IFRS, supervising tax and accounting functions
• Monitor financial policies, project gross margins, and administrative expenses
• Prepare management reports, budget forecasts, and financial analyses
• Lead ERP implementation and internalise accounting processes
• Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions
• Support business expansion, including integration of acquired companies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting
• More than 10 years of finance experience
• More than 5 years as a Finance Manager in a multinational company in Japan
• 3-5 years of experience in international audit
• Practical experience in finance within services, IT consulting, or software industries is ideal
• Experience with Japanese ERP systems; ERP implementation is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Japanese tax laws, accounting systems, and IFRS or US GAAP
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Possess a valid CPA or ACCA qualification preferred
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level written and verbal English
