アカウンティングリーダー/ Accounting Leader

A global digital advertising company is looking for an Accounting Leader. The selected candidate will oversee accounting operations, financial closing, and taxation while contributing to finance-related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage non-consolidated financial statement closing and compilation
• Handle individual processing of non-consolidated financial statements (deposits, withdrawals, fixed assets, etc.)
• Conduct consolidated closing operations and quarterly/annual IFRS-based disclosure
• Oversee taxation for the parent company and domestic subsidiaries
• Coordinate with audit firms
• Manage fund procurement and fund management operations
• Lead accounting projects, including system implementation and business improvements
• Organise consolidated financial statements and disclosure operations
• Supervise and develop team members

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in accounting practice and financial closing operations
• More than 3 years of experience in accounting and financial closing in a listed company
• Experience handling a full cycle of accounting and closing operations preferred
• Knowledge of Japanese commercial bookkeeping at Level 2+
• Professional level Japanese and English
