経理マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A global technology services company is seeking an Accounting Manager. The selected candidate will oversee the accounting and finance operations, drive financial process improvements, and support the company's growth through strategic management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the finance team, including managing an accountant, junior financial analyst, and administrative clerk
• Manage contract management, invoicing, collections, and ensure accurate payroll and expense management
• Ensure compliance with Japanese GAAP, revenue recognition, and tax regulations
• Oversee the accuracy of financial data, including accruals, provisions, and tax return calculations performed by outsourced providers
• Monitor internal financial policies, project margins, and compliance with Japanese regulations
• Prepare management reports, forecasts, and group reporting to headquarters, ensuring adherence to IFRS

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting
• More than 10 years of experience in Finance
• More than 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a multinational company
• 3-5 years in an international audit firm
• Practical experience in services, IT consulting, or software industries is ideal
• Experience with ERP systems and implementing ERP solutions a plus
• Proficient in Japanese tax law, accounting systems, and IFRS/US GAAP
• Advanced skills in MS Office Suite
• Possess a valid CPA or ACCA qualification preferred
