ファイナンスシニアスペシャリスト/ Finance Senior Specialist

A global retail food company is looking for a Senior Finance Specialist. The selected candidate will support management with accurate financial reporting, ensure compliance, and contribute to accounting process improvements. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports
• Handle financial statement preparation and disclosures
• Manage audit and tax compliance
• Conduct variance analysis for budgets vs. actuals
• Oversee accounting process improvement and decision-making
• Collaborate on cross-departmental projects

Requirements:

• Proven experience in accounting or financial reporting
• Experience with accounting systems (Money Forward, Business Central)
• Proficient in financial statement analysis (BS/PL)
• Advanced Excel skills (IF, SUMIF, VLOOKUP, Pivot)
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
