ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

A renowned luxury fashion brand is seeking a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will manage financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business expansion. This is a hybrid setup and contract role.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with FP&A and Shared Services to set sales targets, analyse budgets, and create detailed forecasts
• Monitor daily sales reporting, target achievement, and category performance across retail and wholesale channels
• Manage cost control processes, including COGs, inventory, OPEX, and store-level P&L
• Lead monthly financial closings, ensuring compliance with corporate accounting standards
• Support external and internal audits, inventory control, and compliance-related issues
• Oversee financial planning for store expansion, refurbishments, and relocations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field
• More than 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment
• Experience with accounting systems such as JDE, Hyperion, SAP, Concur, or Esker
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Pivot, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Native level Japanese; business level English
