ファイナンスマネジャー/ Finance Manager

A global leader in healthcare technology is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and lead process improvements to support business growth. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations, focusing on controlling, accounting, and reporting in compliance with US GAAP and local regulations
• Develop and maintain accounting systems, including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and revenue reconciliation
• Design and enhance operational processes, ensuring audit compliance and resolving financial issues
• Analyse financial results, perform flux analysis, and provide insights on business trends
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and auditors to ensure accurate record-keeping and policy adherence
• Lead annual audits, special projects, and data integration for financial analysis
• Oversee a finance team, providing guidance and training for effective operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accountancy or a related field
• More than 8 years of experience in controllership, reporting, taxation, and accounting
• More than 5 years of managerial role experience
• Proven experience in analysing financial results, resolving issues, and improving processes
• Strong expertise in US GAAP, local statutory requirements, and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in financial tools and systems
• Professional level Japanese and English
