アカウントスペシャリスト/ Account Specialist

A renowned technology solutions company is looking for an Account Specialist. The selected candidate will manage customer projects, build strong relationships, and ensure timely and accurate order management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all orders from receipt to closure, communicating via email and phone calls
• Provide order management and issue resolution, ensuring on-time delivery and special instructions are met
• Build effective relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers to deliver on commitments
• Identify and resolve customer questions, providing status updates to customers and Sales teams
• Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure information is transferred accurately
• Meet or exceed performance standards focusing on quality, accuracy, and effective communication

Requirements:

• More than 4 years of order management or supply chain management role experience
• Practical experience in a service or manufacturing environment utilising integrated business systems
• Prior Customer Service experience in a B2B to business environment
• Experience in eCommerce order management
• Proficient with Salesforce or another CRM system
• Familiarity with ERP systems (order management)
• Excellent collaboration skill in a remote team environment
• Native level Japanese; business level English

• ERPの使用経験歓迎
