ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

A renowned chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Finance Manager. The successful candidate will oversee daily fund management, prepare financial reports, and support banking negotiations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily fund-related operations including deposits and withdrawals
• Prepare monthly cash flow statements and financial plans
• Handle various contracts with banks and group corporate fund management
• Assist in negotiations with banks for financing
• Utilise financial tools and systems such as Account Magistrate, Bill One, and Stravis for efficient operations
• Support the establishment of a newly formed Finance Department

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Practical experience in the finance and accounting fields
• Prior accounting experience (monthly and annual settlement)
• Hands on experience in foreign exchange hedging
• Previous experience using banking systems (CMS) is ideal
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Background in negotiations with banks and fund bank management
• Knowledge of information systems
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Professional level Japanese; business level English
