シニアアカウンタント/ Senior Accountant

An international advertising agency is searching for a Senior Accountant. The selected candidate will oversee general accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all accounting tasks. This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions
• Publish financial statements handling monthly, quarterly and annual closings on time
• Manage balance sheets and profit and loss statements
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Analyse financial information and summarise financial status to provide support and advice on Management
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
• Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
• Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting, finance, or relevant
• More than 5 years of experience as an accountant
• Experience with accounting software packages (ERP, SAP)
• Advanced level MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
• Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
• Familiarity with financial accounting statements
• In-depth understanding of IFRS and awareness of business trends
• Possess a valid Nissho Bookkeeping 2nd grade+ is a plus
• Proficient in English
