ファイナンシャルアカウンタント/ Financial Accountant

A global business management company is looking for a Financial Accountant. The selected candidate will contribute to cash flow management by billing clients and accurately recording revenues. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate and timely customer billing to ensure revenue and debtors are recorded
• Prepare itemised statements, bills, or invoices and record amounts due for items purchased or services rendered
• Respond promptly to requests to resolve queries and correct errors, identifying root causes and communicating resolutions
• Reconcile reported revenue against invoicing records to maintain accurate records
• Assist with accounting for accrued and deferred income in line with agreed processes and procedures
• Collaborate with the Finance Manager and team members to enhance overall financial operations

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience as finance staff in a multinational company in Japan
• Proven experience as an ERP user
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills (Pivot and Vlookup) preferred
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Possess a valid Nissho Boki grade 2+ is a plus
• Business level written and verbal English (TOEIC 700+)
