A renowned robotics company is seeking an Accountant. The selected candidate will oversee diverse accounting tasks, including financial reporting and preparation for IPO.

Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting procedures (monthly/quarterly/annual) and ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Manage cost accounting and fixed assets to support strategic decision-making
• Analyse and optimise accounting systems, focusing on efficiency and compliance
• Prepare and coordinate tax returns, audits, and responses for IPO readiness
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial operations and internal controls
• Enhance accounting processes for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 3 years of experience in accounting work at a listed company or a company preparing to go public, a consolidated subsidiary of a listed company, at a level where you can independently close the non-consolidated financial statements
• More than 3 years of experience working at an auditing firm or tax accounting firm
• Practical experience in daily operations (journal entry/invoice issuance/deposit processing/payment processing)
• Prior experience in accounting for individual accounts (monthly/quarterly/annual)
• Hands on experience in cost accounting and fixed asset management
• Experience in preparing for listing, advanced accounting issues, tax returns, etc. is ideal
• IR work experience is a plus
• Work experience in the IT industry is desired
• Possess valid Nissho Bookkeeping Certification Level 2+
