ファイナンスマネジャー/ Finance Manager

An international data centre company is searching for a Finance Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for acting as the key point of contact for all accounting and financial reporting matters.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the HQ finance team and lead the preparation of all management and statutory financial reporting
• Drive the design input and implementation of consistent financial reporting processes, and systems
• Assist in the financial integration of acquisitions
• Develop and refine internal controls over financial reporting
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions
• Manage relationships with auditors and other professional advisors
• Prepare and consolidate monthly financial / management reports and analysis
• Drive month-end closing, year-end closing, annual audits and monitor the daily operations
• Assist in day-to-day company banking and treasury activities and monitoring

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance or accounting
• More than 5 years of experience in a multi-country or regional environment
• Experience in telecommunications or digital infrastructure sectors is advantageous
• Post-merger financial integration experience is a plus
• Strong project management, presentation, communication, and analytical skills
• Possess a valid CPA or equivalent qualification
• Fluent level English and Japanese
