ファイナンスマネジャー/ Finance Manager

An international eCommerce company is seeking a Finance Manager for the APAC region. The role involves overseeing AP processes, managing vendor payments, and leading financial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee systematic and operational issues in invoice processing
• Support execution of vendor payments across Asia-Pacific and globally
• Maintain responsibility for key AP processes; collaborate with tech teams to enhance support systems
• Address vendor and internal inquiries with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures while providing controllership
• Supervise and assign tasks to two financial analysts; monitor performance
• Coordinate with global counterparts to align with international initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in finance, accounting, accounts receivable or accounts payable (MBA is ideal)
• More than 10 years of financial and operational experience
• More than 5 years of experience determining incomplete or inaccurate data
• Experience with enterprise-level ERP systems
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Possess valid CPA qualification is preferred
• Fluent level reading, written, and verbal Japanese; business level English
