A renowned pharmaceutical company is looking for Finance professional (Accounting/Consolidation, Accounts Payable, or FP&A Reporting). The selected candidates will be responsible for handling various financial tasks. This is a hybrid setup and long-term haken role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general consolidated accounting, including preparing consolidated balance sheets quarterly and annually
• Manage and review overseas subsidiary consolidated packages
• Prepare short reports, semi-annual reports, financial statements, and securities reports
• Enter data in the accounting system, including journal entries, receipts, payments, receivables, and payables
• Check payment-related documents for accuracy and compliance
• Process payments, receipts, and foreign bank transfers via an e-banking system and reconcile bank accounts monthly
• Work with the financial accounting team to complete monthly financial statements
• Submit monthly reporting packages according to the group's schedule and procedures
• Monitor actual results against budgets and forecasts, and provide timely risk and opportunity disclosures
• Create recovery measures and revisions for risks and reinvest in opportunities

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in the role
• Experience in US GAAP, Concur expense application, and MS Great Plains (accounting system) is ideal
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, Pivot)
• Business level English
