ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

An international technology company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will manage investor relations, corporate planning, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare presentations for investors, financial projections, and disclosure materials
• Execute financing processes including DD, contract negotiation, and closing
• Communicate with investors and financial institutions
• Formulate and update single-year budgets and medium-term business plans
• Analyse and report forecast and actual variances, indicators, and other financial metrics
• Identify issues and support policy planning for improving financial conditions
• Manage regular meetings and communication with investors and financial institutions

Requirements:

• Practical experience in finance-related work at business companies (startups), investment banks/consulting firms, PE funds, etc.
• Prior experience in raising funds at a start-up company
• Experience in M&A execution
• In-depth knowledge in finance, FP&A, etc.
• Business level English
