コマーシャルファイナンスマネージャー/ Commercial Finance Manager

A global consumer health company is looking for a Commercial Finance Manager. The selected candidate will orchestrate financial initiatives, manage business planning, and provide decision support through analysis and risk management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial finance initiatives for go-to-market, new launches, and value chains
• Drive APAC cost-to-serve analyses and assess ROI/spending efficiencies
• Perform financial benchmarking and implement best practices
• Partner cross-functionally to drive value creation and profitability initiatives
• Deliver quarterly and fiscal sales targets across key channels and markets
• Shape Japan's long-range growth model and strategic choices across the portfolio

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• More than 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis and business finance
• Experience working in a multinational company and consumer product industry desirable
• Proficient in reporting tools and software (SAP, OneStream, Tableau, BI dashboard)
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Fluent level written and verbal English and Japanese
