A multinational technology organisation is looking for a Head of Finance. The selected applicant will coordinate shipping schedules and managing inventory for in-vehicle devices and contract. This position is based in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
- Handle billing for expenses from four domestic channel companies
- Collaborate with the US Operations team for logistics, supply chain, etc.
- Manage sales planning, CRM, and business meeting forecasting
- Support onboarding of new channels and managing channel contracts
- Analyse competitive products, closed deals, and expanding sales strategies
- Conduct financial planning and analysis, annual strategic planning etc.
Requirements:
- Practical experience in Sales and Business Operations, Order Management and Finance
- Previous experience in re-establishing back office or business operations
- Prior Software, SaaS, and other IT business experience is ideal
- Experience in Hardware devices management is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Japanese and English
