An international retail fashion organisation is searching for an Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will oversee timely reporting during monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings. This position is based in Tokyo.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure precision in accounting transactions per IFRS
- Take charge of overseeing internal and external audits
- Manage and enhance the internal control system
- Oversee tax and treasury responsibilities
- Regulate cashflow in accordance with Group policies
- Manage credit limit per Group guidelines
Requirements:
- 5-8 years of experiences in accounting functions
- Prior experience in ERP systems (MS D365 is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Experience in retail business is preferred
- Possess a valid Nissho-boki grade 1+ or equivalent is ideal
- Native level Japanese; proficient in English
