アカウンティング・マネージャー/ Accounting Manager

A global marketing and advertising organisation is searching for an Accounting Manager to join their team in Tokyo. The ideal candidate for this position will be working on various accounting duties such as reporting and tax audits.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee reviewing and approval of invoices, expenses, etc.
• Utilise the electronic banking system for fund transfers and payments
• Assess periodic reports of associated legal entities
• Assist with billing and payment activities
• Support the creation of tax returns and interfacing with the tax bureau
• Handle the evaluation and preparation of fixed assets register and adjustments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in accounting or finance
• Professional background as an accounting or finance manager
• Prior internal audit and SOX experience
• Strong partnership mindset
• Outstanding communication skills with multiple stakeholders
• Fluent level Japanese and English
