ビジネスファイナンス アソシエイトディレクター/ Business Finance Associate Director

A global pharmaceutical company is looking for an Associate Director, Business Finance. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, modelling, and strategic business partnering to support growth and value creation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and analysis, including annual budgets, medium-term plans, and scenario analysis
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models across P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow drivers
• Act as the primary finance partner to Commercial, Marketing, Market Access, and country leadership teams
• Provide financial insights for product launches, lifecycle management, promotional planning, and channel strategy
• Support pricing strategy and reimbursement submissions through scenario modelling and economic analysis
• Lead budgets, forecasts, and reforecasts aligned with strategic and market conditions
• Provide financial due diligence, valuation support, and integration planning for commercial partnerships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field
• 7–10 years of progressive finance experience
• Proven experience in FP&A, financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Proficient in commercial finance and strategic business partnering

Preferred requirements:

• Experience supporting pricing, reimbursement, HTA, partnership strategies, or BD transactions is an advantage
• Possess a valid MBA or professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA
