ビジネスコントローラー/ Business Controller

An international industrial products company is looking for a Business Controller. The selected candidate will partner with senior leadership to drive profitable growth, business integration, and high-quality financial control across the organisation. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the finance face of the product company and a key partner to the general manager
• Provide expert financial advice and insights to the leadership team as the primary finance business partner
• Protect company assets and ensure strong financial governance and compliance
• Lead product company integration and align finance practices with divisional standards
• Deliver accurate and timely monthly reporting with high quality
• Support sustainable and profitable business development in line with divisional strategy
• Mentor and develop the local finance team to strengthen capabilities
• Implement robust financial processes aligned with group principles
• Provide high-quality financial analysis to the division and business area
• Participate in broader finance initiatives across the business area

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance
• More than 3 years of experience in business controlling
• Experience in a customer centre or product company environment
• Prior experience in acquisitions
• Proficient in financial analysis, planning, reporting, and modern IT and finance systems
• Professional level Japanese; fluent level Korean and English
