ERP業務プロセス専門家 シニアマネージャー/ Business Process Expert Sr. Manager

A global biotechnology company is seeking a Senior Manager or Associate Director, ERP Business Process Expert. The selected candidate will lead ERP process design, governance, and continuous improvement across Finance and Supply Chain. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Design, test, deploy, and support ERP processes across ATR, STP, OTC, and SCM
• Ensure ERP processes are standardised, integrated, and compliant with business and regulatory requirements
• Act as a subject matter expert bridging Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial Operations
• Identify process gaps and drive system enhancements and workflow improvements
• Manage ERP testing, training, and adoption across global and regional teams
• Maintain process documentation and ensure audit readiness in line with US GAAP/IFRS and GxP
• Collaborate with Finance, SCM, QA, and IT&D to implement sustainable ERP solutions
• Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into operational ERP objectives
• Support regional ERP operations in Japan and China, ensuring alignment with global CoE standards
• Serve as primary SAP contact for Japan and China, resolving local issues and coordinating enhancements
• Deliver training and manage master data governance to meet global and local compliance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field
• More than 8 years of experience in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA expertise
• Proven experience supporting regional operations in Japan or China with global collaboration
• Strong knowledge of ERP end-to-end processes (ATR, STP, OTC, SCM)
• Skilled in US GAAP & IFRS, FP&A systems, and digital tools such as Concur, OpenText/VIM, and Adaptive
• Familiarity with GxP, Part 11 compliance, and local commercialisation processes (JD-Net, statutory requirements)
• Business level English; proficient in Japanese and Chinese
