ビジネスコントローラー/ Business Controller

A global healthcare company is looking for a Business Controller. The selected candidate will manage financial planning, reporting, and business analysis to support strategic decisions. This is a contract and hybrid role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial and non-financial budgets and forecasts in line with corporate guidelines
• Create monthly management reports including P&L, sales, and capital expenditures
• Review and adjust monthly financials to ensure accuracy
• Partner with business leaders to drive financial insights and decisions
• Supervise and coordinate the Center of Excellence team and assigned staff
• Lead process and systems improvements for financial planning and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (business or finance and accounting)
• 5-10 years of professional experience
• Experience as a Controller or Senior FP&A Manager
• Prior experience leading an FP&A function
• Proven experience operating within a complex organisation
• Understanding of IBM Cognos, IBM Planning and Analytics, Sun Accounting, etc. is ideal
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Possess valid CPA or Chartered Accountancy (ACCA, CIMA) qualification
• Fluent level written and spoken Japanese and English
