BPCマネージャー / BPC Manager

A renowned premium beverages company is looking for a Business Planning & Control Manager. The selected candidate will lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support sustainable and profitable business growth. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Control monthly volume through communication and timely analysis with stakeholders
• Lead financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting, and consolidate business segment data
• Monitor performance against plans, identifying risks and opportunities with business stakeholders
• Prepare and submit timely monthly reports to internal and external counterparts
• Manage A&P reporting, build forecasts, and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Coach, develop, and manage a team of two, fostering continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or Accounting
• 7–10 years of work experience
• More than 2 years of related finance role in a large multinational company
• Prior Big 4 experience is a plus
• Familiarity with IFRS
• Proficient in SAP and integrated business systems is a plus
• Possess a valid CPA certification
• Professional level Japanese and English
