ジャパンコマーシャルコントローラー/ Japan Commercial Controller

A global electronics products company is looking for a Japan Commercial Controller. The selected candidate will provide financial insights to support commercial business activities and drive growth. This is a hybrid setup role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead actionable financial analysis to improve commercial profitability through collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Operations
• Partner with business leaders to develop strategies to maximise growth and solve complex challenges
• Provide financial governance and guidance on pricing strategy and contract reviews
• Support key decisions with strong data analysis and risk/reward considerations
• Influence the adoption of new financial systems and analytics
• Engage with Japan and AP Finance teams, Commercial leaders, and other key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in Finance FP&A, Controlling, or Business Planning in IT hardware/services or similar environments
• Practical experience in international environments and working with global teams
• Experience in large multinationals, working with offshore teams, and systems like SAP, Power BI, and Qliksense is desired
• Strong stakeholder management, change management, and problem-solving skills
• Possess a valid MBA, CPA, CFA qualification is ideal
• Advanced business level English; proficient in Japanese (Chinese is a plus)
