ファイナンスマネージャー/ Finance Manager

A foreign educational organisation that provides academic services is looking for a Finance Manager. The successful applicant for this position will be in charge of heading all local finance and accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support the quarterly and yearly book closing reports
• Oversee internal or internal auditing events
• Ensure regular communication with external advisers and auditors
• Manage budgeting and forecasting activities
• Lead the finance team and boost performance of quality and accuracy of finance processes
• Handle payroll related tasks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 6+ years of experience in a multinational environment
• Knowledgeable in Japanese accounting and taxation
• Ability to multitask and work flexibly
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Skilled in MS Office Suite
• Native level Japanese; business level English
