財務シニアディレクター/ Finance Sr. Director

A multinational biotechnology company is searching for a Finance Sr. Director. The chosen candidate will be in charge of driving key business decisions, ensuring compliance and improving cost efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team
• Provide strategic financial counsel
• Coordinate financial processes to ensure compliance with USGAAP and SOX regulations
• Oversee quarter-end executive reporting and presentations, including quarterly operations and business reviews
• Develop and present strategic insights about the business, effectively communicate the "story" behind the numbers
• Drive continuous improvement in cost efficiency across the market
• Implement group function initiatives within the market
• Support risk assessment of business decisions based on knowledge of local regulations, customers, and markets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field (MBA or equivalent experience is preferred)
• More than 15 years in financial planning, analysis, and business controlling experience
• Experience with financial accounting and reporting
• Strong communication and intercultural efficiency
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Professional level Japanese and English
