デジタルCSM担当/ Digital CSM Associate

A multinational financial data and analytics company is looking for a Digital CSM Associate. The qualified applicant will be in charge of driving customer engagement and product adoption for data and feeds products.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a portfolio of customers using digital tools to ensure full product adoption
• Leverage automation and technology to deliver proactive, tailored communications
• Track customer health metrics, usage data, and feedback to identify risks and growth opportunities
• Partner with internal teams to address customer concerns and drive continuous improvements
• Identify opportunities to upsell products or services aligned with customer goals
• Advocate for customers, ensuring their needs and challenges are addressed

Requirements:

• Experience in customer success, account management, or a related role (data or technology environment is ideal)
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Gainsight) and customer engagement platforms
• Understanding of data feeds, APIs, or real-time data integration
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and fostering long-term customer relationships
• Proven track record to meet and exceed targets in a customer-facing role
• Ability to work cross-functionally
